We know being a mom is the greatest job one can have, but we also know there are times it sure doesn't feel that way! Join Marnie for some relaxation yoga with lights low, floaty music, your body nice and comfy, and a warm cup of tea to end the evening. You'll be ready to have a great night's sleep after the evening is over!
Why 8:30pm? Most likely your little ones are in bed and taken care of. No need for mommy guilt.
